A forensic psychology graduate, Philip blends systemic analysis with behavioral insight, crafting data-driven, human-centered solutions for social challenges. His expertise extends to AI workflow optimization, leveraging Singularity University's D4X framework to build self-optimizing organizations that scale efficiently.
Beyond policy and technology, Philip’s roots in entertainment add a unique dimension to his leadership. As a former member of the Latin boy band "Havana Boyz", he performed across South America, mastering storytelling, audience engagement, and brand strategy. As the founder of Instrumental Strategies, a nonprofit designed to break systemic barriers and empower marginalized communities, Adam’s mission is to harness cutting-edge innovation for those often left behind.
From a childhood shaped by an early awareness of homelessness and social inequality to a turbulent past that saw him navigating both the streets and the justice system, Adam’s journey has been anything but conventional. His lived experience, combined with an unrelenting drive for change, informs his approach to workforce development, financial literacy, and tech-driven advocacy.
Following two years of incarceration—where he self-educated in AI, automation, and social systems—Adam emerged with a renewed purpose: to build solutions that actually work for the people who need them most.
Adam’s work is as much about the future as it is about justice—educating underserved communities, preparing the next generation for the AI-driven world, and ensuring technology serves people, not just profit.
